About The Position

Join The Dalles Treatment Center as a Behavioral Health & Addiction Counselor (CADC) Remote. Make a real impact, support individuals in recovery, and work with a supportive, client-focused team. This role involves helping clients identify their strengths and use them to reach meaningful social, educational, vocational, and life goals. You will be a steady source of hope and support as clients build a healthy, drug-free lifestyle, offering encouragement through every stage of their recovery journey. Ensuring every client receives high-quality care by following program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards with consistency and professionalism is key. All duties must be performed with integrity and within the scope of your professional license or certification, contributing to a safe and ethical treatment environment. The role requires working from a stable, reliable workspace with a consistent internet connection to support accurate documentation and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Must reside in the state of Oregon.
  • Commitment of 2 weeks onsite training.
