Requirements

3+ years of experience as an in-office survey technician/CAD Technician with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy matters in this role!
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Trimble Access software is a plus.
Utility surveying experience? Even better!

Responsibilities

Create boundary survey layouts, site plans, route surveys, and As-builts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS concepts.
Work with LIDAR data, GPS techniques, and 3D modeling to process and analyze survey data.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through detailed analysis, quality control, and reporting.
Collaborate daily with field crews, surveyors, crew chiefs, clients, and stakeholders—teamwork is key!
Take on diverse tasks like public records research, project setups, and data computations to support projects.
