About The Position

Hitachi Particle Engineering and Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Engineer for a 6–12 month contract, eligible for extension. The role supports an initiative to improve and update a large volume of existing engineering drawings based on manufacturing feedback. The stated performance targets are 6–10 drawing revisions per day per engineer, depending on complexity; a rework rate below 10%; backlog reduction of 20–30% per month; and 100% compliance with PDM revision and workflow standards. The company develops, produces, installs, and services compact ion linear accelerator systems for medical, industrial, and research applications. The position is located in Pleasanton, California.
