Catalis serves both private practices and large dental service organizations (DSOs), combining local laboratory relationships with the resources and consistency of a national platform. The company operates a growing multi-state footprint through its integrated lab network, including locations across Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Texas, and Utah. This role is part of a new Digital Design Center in Huntsville, Alabama. You'll be joining a growing team at the ground level with the opportunity to help shape how we work. The Dental CAD/CAM Designer is responsible for the digital design and development of high-quality Full Arch dental restorations using advanced CAD/CAM technology. This role combines technical precision, dental anatomy expertise, and digital workflow proficiency to create accurate, functional, and aesthetic restorations that meet clinician prescriptions and patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on dental CAD/CAM design experience
• Proficiency in EXOCAD required
• Demonstrated experience designing full-arch implant prosthetics, including All-on-4 cases
• Solid understanding of occlusion, bite relationships, and functional aesthetics
• Ability to manage a daily case queue and consistently meet turnaround targets
• Experience communicating directly with clinicians on case questions or design decisions

• 3Shape experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Independently design full-arch implant prosthetics, hybrid dentures and complex restorations
• Evaluate incoming digital scans for quality and flag issues before design begins
• Interpret prescriptions with clinical judgment, communicating directly with clinicians when clarification is needed
• Perform self-directed quality checks against design standards before case release
• Support workflow by managing daily case volume and meeting turnaround targets
