About The Position
JB Dental Lab is seeking a Full-Arch CAD/CAM EXOCAD Designer responsible for the digital design and development of high-quality Full Arch dental restorations using advanced CAD/CAM technology. This role combines technical precision, dental anatomy expertise, and digital workflow proficiency to create accurate, functional, and aesthetic restorations that meet clinician prescriptions and patient needs. JB Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art Full Service Dental Laboratory, specializing in digital Full-Arch Solutions, founded in 2010 with locations in Tempe and Tucson. They pride themselves on utilizing advanced digital workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in dental restorations, reducing chair time and ensuring high quality outcomes for patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience
- Experience with EXOCAD and implant-supported prosthetic design (All-on-4 preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and morphology
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Use EXOCAD software to design full-arch implant prosthetics and hybrid dentures
- Convert digital scans into precise and aesthetic restorations
- Interpret dental prescriptions and technical specifications
- Collaborate with dentists and internal technicians whenever necessary
- Perform quality checks and support day-to-day workflow
