About The Position

National Dentex is a leading healthcare organization in the dental industry, offering a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies. This position is for a Dental Lab Technician (Exocad Master Designer) at NDX Dynamic Dental Solutions in Jacksonville, FL. The regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to change. This is a full-time role.

Requirements

Extensive experience and mastery of Exocad software for dental design.
Work exclusively in full arch designs for nano-ceramics, acrylics, thimble bridges and zirconia hybrids.
Experience working with photogrammetry and facial scans with the ability to stack images for optimal design.
Experience creating smile design cases with form, function and aesthetics.
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, procedures, and materials.
5 years’ experience designing full arch cases.
Ability to create accurate and high-quality designs with precise measurements and details.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Capacity to troubleshoot and solve design-related issues effectively.
Ability to identify problems and find solutions with unusual data sets or images.

Nice To Haves

Digital denture design experience would be a benefit but not required.

Responsibilities

Utilize Exocad software to create and design dental prosthetics based on dentist prescriptions and patient-specific needs.
Develop custom designs for various dental restorations, ensuring optimal fit, function, and aesthetics.
Work closely with dentists, dental technicians, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate designs as necessary.
Perform quality checks and reviews to ensure the accuracy and precision of designs before final production.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers or colleagues on the Exocad software and dental design processes.
