About The Position

Join a cutting-edge surgical dental practice with a fully digital, state-of-the-art in-house lab where innovation, precision, and patient care come together. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Dental Lab Tech who knows CAD/CAM, to become a key part of our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside experienced implant surgeons and restorative dentists on advanced full-arch cases, including All-on-X, All-on-4, Full Bridges, and Full Arch Restorations. Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience designing single and double full-arch restorations
• Proficiency with dental CAD/CAM software and digital lab workflows
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and restorative concepts
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for digital dentistry
• Dental fabrication: 1 year+ (Required)
• CAD: 1 year+ (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with All-on-X / All-on-4 workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and mill high-quality dental restorations including Full Arches, Full Bridges, and All-on-X cases
• Utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to create precise, functional, and aesthetic restorations
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure accuracy and optimal patient outcomes
• Perform quality control checks and make adjustments as needed
• Apply your knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, implant workflows, and restorative principles in daily production
