About The Position

The Cabler Operator is responsible for twisting, cabling, knitting, and air entangling yarn while operating the appropriate machinery. This role involves creeling and doffing yarn on Yarn Equipment, starting and running yarn machines, maintaining quality standards, building boxes for packing or getting racks, and performing housekeeping of the work area. The operator will also perform other duties as instructed by their supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, reach, walk, push, and kneel
• Ability to read and write
• Ability to recognize different shades of yarn
• Ability to use a touchscreen computer
