About The Position

We are seeking experienced Cable Pullers, Infrastructure Technicians, and Data Center Technicians to support a large-scale data center build project in Red Oaks, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure deployment with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. High-performing technicians may be considered for full-time conversion opportunities. Random onsite drug testing is required.

Requirements

Fiber optic installation experience
Copper cabling installation experience
Ability to pull, route, dress, label, and terminate cabling
Experience with rack & stack activities
Familiarity with structured cabling standards
Data center, telecommunications, or large commercial construction experience
Dependable, safety-focused technician with hands-on data center or structured cabling experience
Comfortable working long shifts, maintaining attention to detail, and performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Fiber testing and troubleshooting experience
OTDR testing
Fluke testing equipment
Network infrastructure validation and certification

Responsibilities

Pull, route, and install fiber optic and copper cabling throughout the data center environment
Run, pull, dress, bundle, and label network cabling according to project standards
Rack and stack network equipment and supporting infrastructure
Perform fiber and copper terminations
Install and connect pre-terminated fiber into cassettes and patch panels
Maintain cable organization and pathway management for large-scale deployments
Support data center infrastructure buildouts while adhering to quality and safety standards
Follow all site safety policies and procedures
