About The Position

We are seeking motivated Technicians to support the deployment, maintenance, and expansion of critical network infrastructure across multiple data center and enterprise locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with structured cabling and telecommunications experience who enjoy hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and maintaining fiber and copper cabling, working with low-voltage systems, and supporting network hardware implementations. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to travel between local work sites.

Requirements

  • Experience with structured cabling installations.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
  • Experience pulling, dressing, and terminating cable.
  • Understanding of low-voltage installation practices.
  • Experience with rack-and-stack deployments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift, move, and install technical equipment safely.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in data centers, network operations, or telecommunications environments.
  • Familiarity with network layouts and infrastructure design.
  • Experience supporting large-scale hardware deployments.
  • Knowledge of industry cabling standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Install, route, label, and test fiber optic and copper cabling.
  • Perform structured cabling installations in data center and enterprise environments.
  • Patch and connect network infrastructure between equipment and distribution points.
  • Rack, stack, and deploy servers, switches, and other enterprise hardware.
  • Follow established installation procedures and perform troubleshooting and break-fix activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Utilize material handling equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and changes.
  • Travel between local work sites as required.
