Endurance is building the world's first modular subsea geothermal power plants, converting vast thermal resources under the ocean into gigawatts of baseload power. Backed by Founders Fund, Felicis, First Round Capital, and Point72 Ventures, our founding team includes veterans from SpaceX, Helion, Blue Origin, and Apple. We have completed multiple deep-ocean deployments to subsea volcanoes and are launching a long-term demonstration project this fall. By leveraging modular design, manufacturing scale, efficient drilling, and latent cooling on the seafloor, we are pioneering a new category of energy that outperforms traditional sources on environmental impact, deployment speed, and cost. As a Cable Harness Specialist at Endurance Energy, you will partner directly with our Harness Engineer to design and build the marine wiring harnesses that connect our subsea systems. You are expected to own the harness build and test process end to end. You will turn the engineer's termination specification into finished, tested assemblies. You will set up the assembly and test workspace, design and build assembly and test tooling, build the harnesses, pressure-proof and hipot test each unit, record the results in our MES system, and along way contribute excellent design for manufacturing feedback at every stage. You will write the work instructions and build-and-test standards, and train others to follow them. You will hold high standards for workmanship and traceability and push the team toward higher quality and faster execution. This is a critical position. Your craftsmanship, speed, and judgment directly affect our ability to hit hardware milestones on aggressive timelines.
