About The Position

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking cabinet refacing professionals to install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures. The role includes applying finish work as needed, communicating with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and completing a job checklist with the homeowner. Team members are expected to treat homeowners and their property with the utmost respect. The posting offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, earnings of up to $150,000–$300,000 annually, and a flexible schedule. This is a 1099 role.

Requirements

At least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate.
Experience with trim and finish carpentry.
An established LLC or business.
Workers’ compensation and general liability insurance.
Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

Nice To Haves

Crews with a vehicle that can transport materials to the job site are preferred.

Responsibilities
