About The Position

Primera is seeking experienced independent-contractor cabinet installers to join its network of installation partners throughout New Mexico. Installers will perform residential cabinetry installations, adjustments, repairs, and warranty work, providing quality workmanship and customer service. Initial volume is approximately 1–2 installs per week, with the opportunity to grow to as many as 5 per week depending on quality, reliability, communication, and availability. Opportunities are available in the greater New Mexico market, including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.

Requirements

• Proven experience installing cabinetry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned service area.
• Own the required tools and equipment to complete installations.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain active insurance coverage as required for independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential cabinet installations according to project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment in customers’ homes.
• Communicate clearly about scheduling, project status, and completion updates.
• Perform quality work with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Resolve installation challenges professionally and efficiently.
• Submit required documentation and completion photos.
