About The Position

Art of Drawers is seeking a skilled Custom Refacing Installer to work on kitchen cabinet refacing projects, including replacing cabinet doors and applying refacing materials to cabinet fronts and sides. The installer finalizes measurements after a salesperson sells the project and then completes the installation. The role calls for careful, high-quality work and a professional experience for clients. Compensation is $40–$60 per hour, depending on pace and project size. The company provides three days of hands-on training covering installation standards, product systems, troubleshooting, and finish expectations. Materials are provided, and the position involves minimal administrative work. Installers may also receive referral fees for work they bring in and may develop relationships leading to additional side projects. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen cabinet refacing or similar carpentry and installation work.
Ability to measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
