About The Position

We are a locally owned national cabinet makeover company that takes pride in helping people fall in love with their house over & over again. We specialize in re-finishing cabinets - painting, color renewal and refacing with new doors and drawer fronts - providing homeowners with a "new" kitchen or bath without the cost, mess or time of a complete remodel. Our process takes advantage of technology that no one else possesses, which allows us to do high quality work that our customers love without the dust, smell and displacement of our competitors. Requirements

Reliable and hardworking
Painting experience using a spray gun - cabinet painting experience a plus
Experience in prep work - cleaning and repairing wood surfaces, sanding, masking and taping
Knowledge of cabinet hinges and hardware a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable interacting with customers
Experience in providing estimates a plus

Responsibilities

Cleaning & preparing wood surfaces, including taping and masking off areas
Light carpentry
Spray and/or rolling finished cabinetry using our patented products and following our patented processes
General job site & small tool maintenance and cleaning
Communicates and interacts well with our customers
Installation of cabinet doors, drawer fronts.
Keep a weekly update on inventory
Ability to work well in a team environment or alone on job sites
