About The Position

Miracle Method Surface Refinishing is hiring Restoration & Repair Technicians for surface refinishing, cabinet painting, and cabinet refacing in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time skilled trade position with paid training, weekly pay, and eligibility for weekly performance bonuses. Experience is preferred but not required; motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Compensation is $21.00–$24.00 per hour, with pay up to $24.00 per hour during training, competitive base pay after training, and commission options.

Work includes refinishing tubs, showers, tile, countertops, and other bathroom surfaces; painting, refinishing, and refacing kitchen cabinets; and preparing surfaces through masking, sanding, cleaning, patching, and repairs. Technicians use professional spray-painting and coating equipment and work in homes, apartments, hotels, senior living, healthcare, and other commercial facilities. The role involves maintaining company quality standards, tools, equipment, and vehicles.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday on first shift, with flexibility required for occasional weekends and overtime. Optional travel is available for select commercial projects and may include multi-day or out-of-town work. Travel time, lodging, and expenses are company-paid where applicable. The role offers paid training, advancement opportunities, year-round work, and a take-home company vehicle with paid fuel.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and follow proven systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing.
• Experience with surface refinishing, spray painting or coatings, construction, maintenance, or auto body work.
• Willingness to travel for select commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Refinish bathtubs, showers, tile, countertops, and bathroom surfaces.
• Paint, refinish, and reface kitchen cabinets.
• Apply spray paint and coatings using professional equipment.
• Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, cleaning, patching, and repairs.
