About The Position

Surface Experts is a national surface repair brand seeking individuals for a Summer Project focused on cabinet refreshes for a local client. This project runs from May through early August. We are looking for individuals with the potential to quickly learn our cabinet refresh process. The role involves daily work at client job sites, refreshing cabinets, and installing new cabinet knobs efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication with the support team are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Experience working with your hands (e.g., construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies).
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with a team.
• Ability to manage your own schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Backgrounds in cabinetry, fine woodworking, or carpentry.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently to refresh cabinets in each unit on the client's jobsite.
• Install new cabinet knobs.
• Display world-class customer service.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
