About The Position

Cabinet Installer – Apartment Renovations Team. Point Real Estate Management is growing our apartment renovation team and looking for a skilled Cabinet Installer to join us on multi-unit remodel projects. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who takes pride in clean installs and quality finishes.

Requirements

• Proven experience installing residential or multi-family cabinets
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
• Ability to lift cabinets and work on your feet throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• Renovation, apartment, or property management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets in vacant apartment units that are undergoing renovations
• Read layouts, plans, and measurements accurately
• Ensure cabinets are level, secure, and professionally finished
• Work closely with project managers, maintenance staff, and other trades
• Maintain a clean and safe job site during renovations
• Troubleshoot and adjust installs as needed to meet property standards
