About The Position

Silver Cliff Ranch is seeking proactive, optimistic, and team-oriented Cabin Keepers to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for guests year-round. The role supports daily facility operations by preparing and cleaning cabins for incoming groups. Cabin Keepers also assist guest groups as needed and complete closing or special tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Maintain professional hygiene standards.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely, operate basic cleaning tools, and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual and auditory awareness to help ensure guest safety.
• Warm and adaptable interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or service experience is preferred.
• First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning routines.
• Remove trash after meals.
• Report maintenance hazards.
• Assist with light groundskeeping.
• Work with the team to thoroughly clean cabins, lodges, and gathering spaces between guest group arrivals.
• Assist guest groups as needed.
• Complete daily closing tasks and special tasks assigned by leadership.
