About The Position

Silver Cliff Ranch is seeking proactive, optimistic, and team-oriented Cabin Keepers to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for guests year-round. The role supports daily facility operations, including preparing and cleaning cabins for incoming groups. Shared housing is available, and meals are provided when serving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or service experience is preferred.
• Warm, adaptable interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely, operate basic cleaning tools, and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual and auditory awareness to help ensure guest safety.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and basic math skills.
• Maintain professional hygiene standards.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Previous hospitality or service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning routines.
• Remove trash after meals.
• Report maintenance hazards and assist with light groundskeeping.
• Collaborate with the team to thoroughly clean cabins, lodges, and gathering spaces between guest group arrivals.
• Assist guest groups as needed.
• Complete daily closing duties and other special tasks assigned by leadership.
