About The Position

The Integrator is responsible for the installation and integration of cabin mechanisms and equipment into the aircraft while ensuring that all installations comply with customer specifications and applicable aerospace standards.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of CATIA V5 design and modeling software
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities effectively and adapt to changing workloads
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative

  • Bilingualism (French and English, both written and spoken) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, design documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Perform the integration and installation of cabin systems and mechanisms on the aircraft production line.
  • Design and integrate cabin monuments and internal cabin structural components.
  • Define the interfaces between structural components and cabin equipment to ensure safe and efficient integration.
  • Collaborate with Stress, Structural Design, Manufacturing, and Production teams to resolve integration issues.
  • Participate in resolving installation issues encountered during production and aircraft testing.
  • Integrate various products on the green aircraft (test aircraft).
  • Incorporate design changes into the aircraft Digital Mock-Up (DMU) using CATIA.
  • Act as the technical liaison with cabin system and equipment suppliers.
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables.
  • Manage engineering changes related to in-service issues, product improvements, and design modifications.
  • Plan and prioritize workload according to engineering objectives and project schedules.
  • Provide technical support for aircraft certification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable customer requirements and engineering specifications.
  • Research technical documentation and specifications when not provided by the customer.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
  • Understand and comply with AS9100 quality management system requirements applicable to the position.
  • Follow the company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply the appropriate quality tools while performing assigned tasks.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.
