About The Position

BOND is a private aviation company developing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management services. The Cabin Attendant joins the flight operations team and delivers a personalized, high-end member experience aboard the Challenger 3500, Global 6500, and Global 8000. The role calls for strong hospitality skills, uncompromising service, discretion, and a commitment to safety.

Cabin Attendants work an 11-days-on, 10-days-off rotational schedule across four rotations. Once per year, each Cabin Attendant receives a consecutive break of 25 to 27 days. BOND describes a structured, tier-based career growth track, training, and pathways into senior roles.

Requirements

• Background in ultra-high-end hospitality, such as fine dining, luxury yachting, five-star hotel service, or premium cabin service.
• Demonstrable experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to personalize the inflight experience while maintaining consistency and precision.
• Knowledge of fine cuisine, premium beverages, and formal service techniques.
• Anticipatory service approach, identifying and addressing member needs before they are expressed.
• Immaculate personal presentation and composure under pressure.
• Professional-level fluency in English.
• Complete discretion concerning principals, their guests, and their affairs.
• Understanding of international customs, cultural sensitivities, and social expectations across diverse members.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a tailored cabin experience for each flight, reflecting members’ preferences, cultural sensitivities, and expectations.
• Manage cabin preparation, including fine-dining presentation, bespoke provisioning, cabin ambience, and personal touches.
• Serve as the primary member contact throughout the flight with warmth, poise, and professionalism.
• Follow all safety procedures and uphold BOND Aviation’s safety commitment.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning members, their guests, and their affairs.
• Work closely with flight crew to ensure departures, journeys, and arrivals are executed smoothly.
