About The Position

Radiance Technologies is seeking a seasoned analyst to join our C4ISR team, providing mission-critical analytic support to the warfighter and to national and joint-service customers. The candidate will be responsible for all-source analysis on foreign space and counterspace organizations, processes, facilities, equipment, and technologies. This role requires blending all-source analysis with a technical understanding of telecommunications architecture, including physical and logical communication pathways, devices, protocols, datalinks, and applications. The successful candidate will perform information discovery, compilation, analysis, and production on adversary C4ISR characteristics, capabilities, performance, and vulnerabilities, and will offer analytic tradecraft mentorship as needed.

Requirements

Must be self-motivated and work well in both team and individual settings.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Knowledge of processes, databases, and tools of analytical tradecraft.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong technical writing skills (In accordance with ICD 203/206 standards).
Experience in all-source intelligence analysis on foreign space systems.
Experience developing improved intelligence analytic methodologies.
Experience briefing decision makers on findings.
Experience writing analytic reports.
Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Nice To Haves

BS Degree and four (8) years of experience or 8 years’ experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities
