About The Position

GDIT delivers critical all‑source intelligence on foreign military and civilian cyber actors, their supporting infrastructure, and the broader ecosystems in which these capabilities operate. This intelligence directly supports foundational military intelligence (FMI) requirements for the joint force and ensures alignment with the mission portfolios. On this program, GDIT provides a broad range of analytic and mission‑enabling support to produce operationally relevant FMI and scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) for cyberspace operations. Our support is not limited to analysis; we engage across the entire intelligence cycle—planning, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination—while also executing integrated mission management functions. All support is focused on enhancing the customers’ ability to enable both defensive and offensive cyberspace operations. The C4I Analyst conducts all‑source intelligence analysis on foreign national Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) organizations, systems, processes, and telecommunications infrastructures. This role supports the C4I Functional Production Area (FPA) by producing finished intelligence, maintaining intelligence databases, and delivering analytic insights that inform U.S. national‑level decision makers, Combatant Commands, and Department of Defense (DoW) policymakers. The analyst evaluates foreign military C4I capabilities, exercises, signal and electronic warfare deployments, and network vulnerabilities. Work includes performing intelligence research, integrating multi‑source data, and generating foundational military intelligence on foreign national C4I activities, technologies, and organizational structures. The C4I Analyst also maintains, and updates Modernized Integrated Database records and other follow‑on systems, ensuring comprehensive situational awareness of foreign C4I networks and potential weaknesses in confidentiality, redundancy, and system integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis in compliance with DIA Standard Operating Procedures for the C4I Functional Production Area, DIA ADO, and ICD 203 and ICD 206 sourcing, analysis, and production standards.
Produce finished intelligence products and intelligence database updates to support national decision makers and Combatant Commands with operational planning and analysis.
Advise, assist, and support all‑source C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on foreign military national‑level C4I organizations, systems, processes, and technologies.
Identify, locate, and track deployment of foreign mobile signals, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint and/or national C4I functions.
Conduct expert analysis of foreign military C4I exercises by identifying participating units, missions, assets, purpose, and comparing new exercise activity to historical C4I exercise behavior.
Produce Modernized Integrated Database and follow‑on system records, including all‑source analytic write‑ups and imagery analysis.
Assist the Government in all‑source analysis and collection by assembling relevant information, data, and knowledge from multiple intelligence disciplines to provide situational awareness and foundational military intelligence on foreign national C4I issues.
Provide analysis of foreign national C4I and telecommunications organizations and networks in support of CIC requirements.
Analyze foreign national‑level C4I organizations, processes, and systems to identify vulnerabilities related to redundancy, confidentiality, and overall system integrity.
