C2 Outbound Distribution Lead
About The Position
This role is for an IB-OB Distribution Lead who must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. The individual must be able to follow instructions (written & verbal), safely and accurately complete assigned duties, and maintain all company standards. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products using a forklift and pallet jack. The role requires maintaining receiving/shipping logs and ensuring that incoming and outgoing products and materials are in good condition. Materials must be moved to the production area using the FEFO standard. The position will assist the distribution supervisor in ensuring labor is on task and all quality standards are met. Additionally, the worker maintains the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. Workers are required to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the shift.

- Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment
- Reading, writing, basic English communication, basic math skills, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
