About The Position

This role is for someone who thinks in tool stacks and automation sequences and gets excited about enriching lists of leads, building segmented outbound sequences, and seeing demo bookings increase due to automated systems. You will own AI-driven outbound campaigns end-to-end for two brands simultaneously with minimal oversight and maximum autonomy. The primary measurable output is meetings booked. The ideal candidate is "AI-native" and has experience building campaigns in AI outbound tooling.

Requirements

  • C2 German — Non-Negotiable. You will be running outbound campaigns in German with little to no oversight. Native or C2-level fluency is an absolute requirement.
  • AI-Native — Not AI-Adjacent. We need someone for whom AI outbound tooling is their primary mode of working. You have actually built campaigns in Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalent platforms — not just heard of them.
  • Driven by one metric: meetings booked. This role is not about brand awareness, content calendars, or nurture flows. Every decision you make is in service of one question: "Will this get us more demos?"
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience working with AI-driven outbound or growth automation tools. We will consider candidates with less experience if they can demonstrate strong, hands-on, results-backed work with AI outbound stacks.
  • Independent and self-directed. You won't have a manager reviewing your campaigns daily. You need to be comfortable running autonomously, making decisions fast, and taking full ownership of outcomes.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) in addition to C2 German.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce / logistics tech
  • Background in sales ops or RevOps
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations

Responsibilities

  • Own and run AI-powered outbound campaigns across two product lines from end to end — from lead sourcing to demo booked
  • Source, enrich, and segment prospect lists using tools like Clay or equivalent data enrichment platforms
  • Build and manage outbound sequences via Lemlist or similar tools — you design the flow, write the copy, and optimise for replies
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) — clean data is non-negotiable
  • Build and manage workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or similar
  • Test, iterate, and improve campaigns continuously based on performance data
  • Run campaigns in German, independently — you are the quality control
