About The Position

As a C-UAS and S-UAS Planner, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, and technical background to collaborate with thought leaders in emerging and improvised threats on projects for the Department of Defense and the Marine Corp. You’ll work with us to prepare for emergent Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) threats, create a more lethal and survivable force, and implement new training and readiness programs to enhance the capabilities of the force. You’ll employ research and analysis to assist government customers with integration of emergent techniques and capabilities into training to counter threats from UAS. You’ll employ research and analysis to identify gaps, assess equipment and methodologies, and train mounted and dismounted tactics, techniques, and procedures. Requirements

  • Experience with C-UAS Operations or S-UAS Operations
  • Experience working on a Marine Corps General Office staff or Joint and Combined or Allied military staff executing planning processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of SUAS Programs related to SUAS Group 1 and 2 programs of record (PORs)
  • Knowledge of Lethal Miniature Aerial Munition System (LMAM), and group 1 and 2 One Way Attack (OWA) systems for planning, integration, and training exercises
  • Knowledge of coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Liaison Officer as necessary to obtain authorization to operate S-UAS in airspaces other than Restricted or Warning Areas
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience implementing C-UAS and S-UAS training programs
  • Experience with training development and implementation of training programs
  • Experience as a curriculum developer or formal school instructor
  • Knowledge of adversary UAS counter tactics and techniques
  • Curriculum developer certification
  • Certified DoD formal School instructor certification
