About The Position

Schneider Electric is seeking a strategic, influential leader to serve as Strategic Account Program Manager for the Cloud & Service Provider segment. This role partners closely with the Strategic Account Executive (SAE) and executive stakeholders to shape, govern, and evolve the strategic vision for one of Schneider Electric’s most critical global accounts. You will translate strategy into a unified, long‑range program that aligns global teams, elevates executive visibility, and delivers differentiated value for the customer. This is a strategy and governance‑focused leadership role, emphasizing long‑term transformation, executive alignment, and insight‑driven decision‑making—not day‑to‑day operational execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading complex, global programs or strategic initiatives
  • Strong executive‑level customer engagement experience
  • Proven influencer across functions, regions, and leadership levels
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and data‑driven insight skills
  • High digital fluency (dashboards, analytics, collaboration tools)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within data center, cloud, or digital infrastructure ecosystems preferred
  • PMP certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Translate the SAE‑defined account strategy into a clear, actionable global program plan
  • Establish governance models that enable executive visibility, alignment, and decision‑making
  • Anticipate market and customer shifts to evolve long‑term strategy
  • Drive executive storytelling through EBRs/QBRs, dashboards, and strategic documentation
  • Lead development of digital tools, dashboards, and playbooks that scale globally
  • Enable cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration across Schneider Electric
  • Promote continuous improvement and strengthen Schneider Electric’s unique value proposition
  • Maintain awareness of customer risks and ensure resolution through accountable teams
  • Lead onboarding and enablement for new account team members globally
