About The Position

ProSidian seeks a C&SCM Business Process Engineer (SCM / Procurement Process Modeling) for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract with a basis of no overtime pay. This is a hybrid role, involving both on-site and virtual work, located in the Aiken, SC area, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The role is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Analyst / Process Modeler. We are looking for candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRNS. This position is initially a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role focusing on Comprehensive Procedural Support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM), but ProSidian reserves the right to convert it to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The C&SCM Business Process Engineer will create process maps, acquisition lifecycle models, and workflow diagrams to support procedural standardization and visualization, transforming complex C&SCM workflows into clear process maps, lifecycle models, diagrams, and visual job aids. This role is crucial for improving understanding, efficiency, and execution consistency within Contracts & Supply Chain Management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years process modeling, business analysis, procedure visualization, BPM, acquisition lifecycle mapping, or operational documentation experience.
  • Procurement/SCM/contracts experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop acquisition lifecycle flowcharts; create process maps, swim lane diagrams, decision trees, quick reference visuals, and editable diagrams.
  • Align visual assets to SOPs and training materials.
  • Ensure models are accurate, intuitive, and maintainable.
  • Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures.
  • Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle.
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Maintain procedural, form, and terms and condition compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
