About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join our Hardware Platforms Core Tech Procurement team. In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. This position is ideal for someone hungry to grow, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a high-growth, mission-driven company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
• Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
