$51,000 - $54,000Hybrid

About The Position

This entry-level position supports CEPA's purchasing and production planning functions by sourcing materials, managing purchase orders, and coordinating production schedules. The role begins with smaller programs and one-off orders, with the expectation of growing into ownership of larger programs. The ideal candidate is early in their purchasing or materials career, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn. Success is measured by accurate, on-time purchase orders, reliable production planning, and progressive growth in scope and independence. This individual should possess strong analytical thinking, proficiency in ERP/Excel, clear communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a desire to build strong supplier relationships.
