ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Buyer II in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As a Buyer II, you will manage complex purchasing categories and supplier relationships. This role balances transactional and tactical responsibilities — executing purchases, analyzing spend data, negotiating pricing, and supporting cost-saving initiatives. The Buyer II acts with limited supervision and contributes to process improvements and supplier management. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Purchasing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Working knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms, and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned spending categories (e.g., direct materials, indirect materials, new technology, services).
  • Issue and manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery confirmation.
  • Monitor supplier performance and work with vendors to address quality or delivery issues.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within approved authority limits.
  • Engage with suppliers with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery KPI’s
  • Analyze purchase history and identify cost or process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in sourcing alternative suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time.
  • Maintain and update ERP system information (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
  • Right-size the supply base for ANA production and future growth.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in vendor audits and contract renewals.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and budget goals.
