Requirements

7–10 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Comcast may also consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
Skills in billing management, contact analysis, customer outreach, and problem solving.
Ability to work nights and weekends and maintain a variable schedule as necessary.

Responsibilities

Direct billing project initiatives and provide strategic planning and support for sophisticated billing solutions.
Lead comprehensive analyses and quality assurance for system upgrades to ensure customer service experiences are not disrupted.
Champion billing operations change management from conceptualization through execution, with minimal oversight.
Provide advanced end-user support and resolve complex billing system issues.
Investigate and engineer solutions for intricate billing and operations program challenges to improve system efficiency.
Execute critical billing change requests within stringent timelines to prevent financial risks and customer inconvenience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate changes and troubleshoot issues, ensuring consistent customer service delivery.
Mentor junior team members, share expertise, and help elevate team knowledge and performance.
Evaluate billing processes against industry benchmarks and recommend data-driven strategic enhancements.
Synthesize billing data analysis to guide strategic decision-making and influence billing strategies.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, and work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as necessary.
