The Busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleans appropriate areas, and sets tables for further use ensuring a positive guest experience in the Council Oak Steakes & Seafood Restaurant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Bending, stooping and carrying/ handling/moving weights of up to 75 pounds is also required
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Candidates must obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen

Responsibilities
- Completing all established set-up stocking and closing duties on time
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables according to procedures
