About The Position
Crystal Springs is seeking Bussers to help maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations across all restaurants and service areas. This role is essential in supporting our front-of-house team and ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices, safety guidelines, and proper equipment use
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
Responsibilities
- Clear dining tables of used china, glassware, silverware, and other service items
- Transport dirty items to designated cleaning and dish stations
- Assist servers and bartenders in maintaining stocked, clean, and organized service areas
- Help keep dining areas safe, clean, and free of debris throughout service
- Support overall restaurant operations as needed
