About The Position

The Presidio Busser is responsible for completing opening and closing duties, stocking and maintaining work areas, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the shift. This role involves setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, managing soiled wares, and performing other duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift.
• Ability to set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Ability to stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Ability to remove soiled wares from bar top and tables.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.
• Ability to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
