About The Position

The Private Investment Specialist will report to the Private Investment Operations Manager and work closely with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to enhance the reporting and operational functions of the Private Investment department. This role involves coordination and oversight of reporting for the alternative investment book of business, auditing and managing fund data in Black Diamond, and collaborating with SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors, and Black Diamond. The specialist will also compile customized reports for key clients and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
• 5 + years of relevant industry experience
• You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and oversight of reporting of our alternative investment book of business.
• Audit and manage fund data entered into Black Diamond.
• Work closely with SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors and Black Diamond.
• Compile specific customized reports for a selection of our largest clients.
• Other relevant duties as assigned from the Private Investment Operations Manager or Director of Private Investments.
