About The Position

Presidio Wealth Partners, an advisory practice of Hightower, is seeking a Private Investment Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on enhancing the reporting and operational functions of the Private Investment department, specifically managing the reporting of alternative investments. The specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners like SS&C Accord and Black Diamond to ensure data accuracy and provide customized reports to clients. This is an on-site position in Houston, TX, requiring 5 days a week in the office.

Requirements

• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
• 5 + years of relevant industry experience
• You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and oversight of reporting of our alternative investment book of business.
• Audit and manage fund data entered into Black Diamond.
• Work closely with SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors and Black Diamond.
• Compile specific customized reports for a selection of our largest clients.
• Other relevant duties as assigned from the Private Investment Operations Manager or Director of Private Investments.
