The role involves hands-on experience in event execution, wedding coordination, administrative tasks, and collaboration with various teams and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences for couples and their guests.

Responsibilities

Run events by handling all logistics, from setup to managing the event team and guest sendoff.
Master banquet operations, including serving and banquet captaining.
Coordinate wedding details to ensure smooth execution on the big day.
Take charge of rehearsal coordination, decor setup, and seamless day-of wedding planning.
Assist with administrative tasks such as creating floor plans and vendor communications.
Collaborate with in-house planning and sales teams, on-site event staff, and external vendors to deliver incredible experiences.
