About The Position

A First Watch Busser helps provide an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience by quickly cleaning and resetting tables and communicating when they are ready for seating. Bussers use a spray bottle, sturdy tray, and clean cloth towel, and are expected to reset tables within three minutes. The role also includes light housekeeping, rolling silverware, and maintaining restroom cleanliness. The company describes its culture as people-first and notes that it does not have night shifts.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Communicate well with others and value teamwork.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables in under three minutes.
Communicate with Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating.
Signal nearby Hosts when tables are ready.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Roll silverware.
Maintain restroom cleanliness.
Work cooperatively with others as part of a team.
