About The Position
The ideal busser is responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and dining area. They will maintain a safe environment and be polite and friendly to guests.
Requirements
- Food Handler's Card
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience
- Prior bussing experience
- Prior restaurant experience
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room
- Clear, organize, and consolidate dirty dishes
- Use pushcart to buss and transport dishes to dish pit
- Restock supplies
- Maintain busser station
- Sweep and mop
- Take out trash
- Set up and break down
- Be polite and friendly to guests
- Other duties as assigned
