About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high-volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the Food Server. Job titles similar to this role include: Dining Room Attendant, Server Assistant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months in a similar role or related field
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests
• Capability to handle high volumes and stressful situations with composure
• Experience in working in fast-paced environments
• Skill in maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas
• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Responsibilities

• Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
• Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards
• Transport dirty items to dish room
• Bring supplies from dish room: silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers
• Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
