About The Position
The Busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleans appropriate areas, and sets tables for further use ensuring a positive guest experience in the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Restaurant. After your application is submitted, if we are interested in considering you for a Front of House position you will be contacted by the Food & Beverage Department to discuss your background and see where you may fit best!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear; and, bending, stooping and carrying/ handling/moving weights of up to 75 pounds is also required.
- close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- completing all established set-up
- stocking and closing duties on time; clearing, cleaning and resetting tables according to procedures and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
