Responsible for supporting wait staff with water/refilling, bussing, and keeping the flow of plates, glassware, and other service supplies throughout the shift. Running bus tubs to the kitchen and emptying them, then bringing fresh supplies to their proper places upstairs. Bussing and resetting counters and tables for service. This is a part-time position, only hiring for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
