Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience providing social or direct care services to individuals with special needs.
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related human services field.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or equivalent role.
- Must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and families.
- Monitor activities in the day center.
- Monitor bowel tracking and changing schedules.
- Monitor medications.
- Monitor credentials.
- Monitor individual documentation books.
- Monitor training compliance.
- Create and follow the monthly schedule.
- Coordinate staff meetings.
