About The Position
The Busser assists servers in providing Food and Beverage service at mister parker's, from setup through breakdown. The role supports professional service by preparing and restocking stations, clearing and cleaning tables and service areas, handling dishes, and assisting servers as needed. Compensation is $16.90 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Fill the ice bin and water pitchers, and prepare iced tea.
- Polish silverware and glasses.
- Clear tables of dishes, glasses, and silverware.
- Wipe down tables and chairs as needed.
- Set up tables.
- Prepare the line for running food.
- Prepare the coffee station, including grinding regular and decaffeinated coffee.
- Restock service stations with clean, polished cutlery, polished glassware, coffee cups, and saucers.
- Take dirty dishes and trays to the dishwashing area for daily washing.
- Clear and clean the bread, coffee, and other stations.
- Serve water and other beverages as needed.
- Assist servers at all times to help provide professional service.
- Perform other tasks as required.
