About The Position

The Server provides fine-dining service, welcoming guests, explaining specials, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. Responsibilities
- Greet guests according to standards.
- Explain daily specials, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Prepare checks, collect payments, and follow cashiering procedures.
- Understand and follow department and hotel standards.
- Replenish silverware, glasses, china, and other general supplies.
- Retrieve food from the kitchen and beverages from the bar.
- Collect dirty items and bring them to the dishwasher; break down the service area.
- Assist other servers with pre-bussing tables and serving guests.
- Check that the music system and lights are working properly.
- Wipe tables and chairs as needed.
- Maintain guest satisfaction.
- Follow the restaurant’s standard operating procedures.
- Perform other tasks as required.
