Busser Team Members efficiently maintain a clean and sanitary dining room for guests while providing the dependable, fast service Chili's is known for. The role supports the service team and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Some shifts are required on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Have a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Clear dishes, sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, sanitize contact surfaces, and reset tables to maintain a clean dining room.
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep pace with the restaurant and team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
