About The Position
Busser Team Members efficiently maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and provide the dependable, fast service Chili’s is known for. The role supports the service team and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests. The position may be scheduled part-time or full-time, with some shifts in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Clear dishes, sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, sanitize contact surfaces, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team.
