About The Position
The Retreat on Charleston Peak is looking for an energetic, friendly busser/server assistant who’s ready to jump in wherever needed. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring tables are clean and reset, assisting with food delivery, refilling drinks, and providing guests with necessary items. The busser will collaborate closely with servers and the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient dining environment.
Requirements
- Must have (or be able to get) a Food Handler’s Card and TAM Card.
- Can work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable being on your feet, lifting, and staying active all shift.
Nice To Haves
- Food service experience is a plus.
- Positive, friendly, and ready to work as part of a team.

- Communicates well with guests and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
- Run food from the kitchen to tables.
- Help out wherever needed.
- Keep drinks filled and condiments stocked.
- Support the servers and the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Help keep service stations and the kitchen organized.
